According to the statement, the second ranked bidder is MLP Pruszkow from Poland. At today’s second session of the tender commission an evaluation of the offer for the purchase of 70% of the registered capital of Javna Skladista was presented to the commission.
The basic elements of the offer by the top ranked bidder Nelt Co from Belgrade are a purchase price of €3,152,254, an investment programme worth €1,763,250 and unconditional agreement to all the obligations of the minimal social programme.
The basic elements of the offer by the second ranked bidder MLP Pruszkow from Poland are a purchase price of €850,000, an investment programme worth €118,000, and fulfilment of all conditions set out by the minimal social programme.
Following the announcement of the tender results, the Privatisation Agency will enter into negotiations in order to close the contract for the sale of 70% of the total registered capital of Javna Skladista.
If the negotiations are successful, in accordance with deadlines set by the Decree on sale of capital and property by public tender, the Privatisation Agency will sign a sale contract with the top ranked bidder.
