Bids for joint-stock company Ikarbus opened

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that bids for the purchase of a block of shares of the joint-stock company Ikarbus from Belgrade, which produces buses and special cars, was opened yesterday. The block of shares consists of 39.22% of the total registered capital of Ikarbus.
The tender documentation was purchased by three potential buyers, but only the joint-stock company Avtodetal-Service from Ulyanovsk, Russia, submitted an offer by the deadline of February 22, 2008.
Avtodetal-Service meets all qualification criteria defined by the public invitation. Financial and legal advisors of the Privatisation Agency will evaluate the bid 30 days from its opening.
