Property of Internacional CG sold

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the property of company Internacional CG in restructuring from Belgrade was sold by public auction to NBGP Properties from Belgrade for €148,800,999.
The second-ranked bidder was the consortium Aida Asset Association AG from Liechtenstein and Global Real Estate & Investment from Belgrade with an offer price of 145,800,999, while the third-ranked was "Armini Enterprises Company Limited" from Cyprus with an offer price of €136,800,999.
