Contract signed for sale of Poliester from Priboj

Representatives of the Serbian Privatisation Agency and the Share Fund signed today the contract for the sale of shares from the portfolio of the Share Fund of the company Poliester from Priboj.
The agreement was signed with the buyer, consortium Imgrad from Ljutomer, Slovenia, Argo from Horjul, Slovenia and Lenart Skok, Ljubljana, Slovenia. The main elements of the contract are price per share to the amount of €14.88, a statement to purchase all shares offered and unconditional acceptance of the minimum obligations from the social welfare programme.
