Tender for Fabrika Reznog Alata fails

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission in charge of selling socially-owned Fabrika Reznog Alata from Cacak announced that the tender was unsuccessful.
The commission stated that no offers were received by February 8, which was set as the deadline for submitting offers.
The tender was issued in order to sell a total of 272,249 shares with a nominal value of RSD 600 owned by the Share Fund and the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, which represents 50.1% of total capital of Fabrika Reznog Alata.
The only company that showed interest in the tender documents was Dunya Makina from Istanbul, but did not purchase the documentation.
