According to the statement, Serbia’s national stand at the fair, titled HotSpot Serbia, will present 12 Serbian ICT firms to an expert international public. The companies include CIM College, Seavus, DMV, Logo, Navigator, PSTech, Veridix, ReinkJet, Mikom, IT TV Production, Zeseium Mobile, as well as the Serbian Software Cluster (SSC).
The Serbian national stand will be number G 48 in hall 4 this year, where traditionally IT giants such as Microsoft and IBM exhibit.
The Serbian stand is highly advanced, covering a space of 114 square metres and has an attractive look with an area for presentations by firms and a conference room.
SIEPA has provided funds from the Serbian budget for participation in the fair as it did last year, and will bear the major part of expenses. The agency has also designed a joint catalogue of exhibitors at the national stand.
On March 7, the Serbian stand will organise and present the technical zone project in Indjija which is the most special item in this year’s presentation, since the implementation of this project will equip Serbia with the largest IT park in Europe.
CeBIT is the largest fair of its kind in the world and last year it drew 6,153 companies from 77 countries, and was visited by more than 480,000 people from over 100 countries.
The newest trends in ICT are presented to visitors at this event, and it is a unique opportunity for Serbian firms to present their ICT solutions to the international public and make new business contacts.
Besides SIEPA, the presentation by the Serbian firms is financially supported by the German organisation for technical cooperation GTZ and representatives of the Hannover fair in Serbia provided significant support in the organisation of the Serbian national stand, as they did last year.
SIEPA has for the first time this year, organised live non-stop coverage of the fair via internet radio available at
