Bid for Keramika Mladenovac opened

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that it publicly opened bids for the purchase of 62.8% of the assets of Keramika from Mladenovac.
The tender documentation was purchased by TEC Marica 3 AD from Bulgaria, Schiedel from Belgrade, Inter Gas from Belgrade and Broadhurst Investment Limited from Cyprus.
By the deadline of December 21, 2007, one bid was made by the consortium made up of Inter Gas from Belgrade and Oil BG from Bulgaria.
The only bidder fulfils the qualification criteria of the public invitation, according to the Agency.
The Privatisation Agency will examine the bid within 30 days and present the results at the next session of the tender commission.
