Bids ranked for Machine and Tractor Industry from Belgrade

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that at the second session of the tender commission in charge of the sale of the company Machine and Tractor Industry from Belgrade, in restructuring, unanimously decided on approving the results of the public tender.
According to the statement, the consortium HASS-SIP comprising Home Art & Sales Services from Switzerland and SIP Strojna Industrija from Slovenia was declared as the top bidder.
Basic elements of the offer made by the top ranked bidder are a purchase price of €121,111,111, an investment programme to the amount of €10,270,000, and the buyer has agreed to accept the minimum obligations of the social programme.
After announcing the tender results, the Privatisation Agency and the aforementioned consortium will begin negotiations in order to conclude the sale contract. If the negotiations are successful the agency will sign a contract with the top ranked bidder within 30 days from the expiry of the deadline for announcing the results of the tender.
