Bids for purchase of Poliester from Priboj ranked

The Serbian Privatisation Agency ranked today the bids for the purchase of 39.6% of the total registered capital of company Poliester from Priboj.
The first-ranked bidder is the consortium consisting of Imgrad from Ljutomer, Slovenia, Argo from Horjul, Slovenia and businessman Lenart Skok from Ljubljana, Slovenia, while the second-ranked is Kovinoplastika Piskar MP from Menges, Slovenia.
The basic elements of the first-ranked bid are price per share of €14.88, the statement on purchase of all shares on offer and unconditional acceptance of minimum obligations of the social welfare programme.
After the proclamation of the tender list, the Privatisation Agency and the first-ranked bidder will start negotiations on conclusion of the sale contract.
