Contract of sale of Sinovoz from Zrenjanin cancelled

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that it cancelled the contract of sale of the Sinovoz company from Zrenjanin with buyer Nebojsa Ivkovic from Belgrade today.
Since the buyer did not fulfil the investment obligation related to privatisation stipulated in the contract, the Agency gave him an additional deadline of 5 days to comply with the contract requirements.
The buyer did not submit adequate and relevant proof that he had met the requirements within the extended deadline and that is why the Agency decided to cancel the contract of sale of Sinovoz, pursuant to Article 41a, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on privatisation ("The Official Herald of the Republic of Serbia", no. 38/01, 18/03, 45/05 and 123/07).
The buyer did not submit adequate and relevant proof that he had met the requirements within the extended deadline and that is why the Agency decided to cancel the contract of sale of Sinovoz, pursuant to Article 41a, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on privatisation ("The Official Herald of the Republic of Serbia", no. 38/01, 18/03, 45/05 and 123/07).
