The deal was signed by the Share Fund, Privatisation Agency and the buyer, Europark from Belgrade.
The buyer agreed to pay €5.2 million and to invest a further €4.05 million in the company. Minimum obligations of the social welfare program were accepted also.
The public tender for Vencac published on June 2, 2007 attracted bids from Zorka Alas Kamen from Novi Sad, Devix from Lazarevac, a consortium of Sheer Corporation from Belgrade and Sremput from Ruma, Europark from Belgrade, Kaolin from Bulgaria and Kumal from Croatia.
The tender commission held its second session on December 5, 2007 and accepted the tender list with Europark as first-ranked bidder.
