The basic elements of the contract are the sales price of €1.15 million, investment programme worth €7.5 million, and apart from the minimum obligations of the welfare programme, the buyer also accepted certain additional obligations.
At the public tender for Zelvoz, announced on February 1 this year, only one bid was submitted by the abovementioned consortium.
The tender commission in charge of the sale of 70% of the total registered socially owned capital of Zelvoz was formed on April 17.
At its third session, held on December 10, the tender commission decided to close the contract for sale of the socially owned capital of Zelvoz to the sole bidder at the tender, the consortium comprising Romanian companies Remar and Grampet.
