Dinkic said on the occasion that the state must help to develop small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) since entrepreneurship is the basis of development in every society.
Considering the fact that it is said that in every society only 5% people are able to achieve success in entrepreneurship, it is of great importance that the state and bureaucracy do not hinder their progress, said the Minister.
He said that from New Year onwards a large number of regulations will be eliminated to accelerate procedures necessary for the functioning of enterprises.
According to Dinkic, the government launched a project for providing start-up loans without mortgage to help develop entrepreneurship, an idea which began with last year’s entrepreneurship fair.
Dinkic also opened today the fifth young entrepreneurship fair, which was organised as part of the international entrepreneurship fair, and presents a programme for engaging participants in opening new enterprises.
The sixth international entrepreneurship fair, which is being held from November 28 to December 1, is focused on the development of SMEs through presentations, information and services of importance for this sector.
Participants at this year’s fair include 250 exhibitors, a large number of institutions relevant to the development of SMEs, banks, publishing and media houses.
The Serbian Agency for Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Entrepreneurship this year also has organised more than thirty free of cost accompanying programmes such as seminars, presentations and training.
Organisers of this year’s entrepreneurship fair are Business Innovation Programmes and the Serbian Agency for Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Entrepreneurship.
