Negotiations with only bidder for Novi Sad cable plant start

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission in charge of the public tender for sale of 93.07% of the total registered capital of Novi Sad cable manufacturing factory Novosadska Fabrika Kabela, in restructuring, decided to start negotiations with the only bidder.
The only bidder at the tender was East Point Holdings Ltd from Cyprus.
The Ministry of Economy and Regional Development will appoint a commision for negotiations with the only bidder.
