A ceremony of paying top military and state honours and laying wreaths on the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of liberation of Belgrade in World War II was held today at Cemetery of Liberators in Belgrade.

The wreaths were lain by representatives of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the Ministry of Defence, the City of Belgrade, the embassies of Russia, the Ukraine and Belarus and representatives of the association of war veterans of Serbia.
Serbian President Boris Tadic also laid a wreath today on the monument to liberators of Belgrade.
