Gašić noted that Serbia is a leader in the region in the field of military education and recalled that 14 officers from Angola are undergoing training and advanced training at the University of Defence, which represents a significant form of cooperation in the field of military education.
He underlined that Serbia consistently advocates respect for the principle of the inviolability of internationally recognised borders of United Nations member states as one of the fundamental principles of public international law, without making any distinction in its application depending on the specific state.
Amaral pointed out that relations between the two countries are based on traditional friendship and mutual respect, which represents a solid foundation for further strengthening cooperation in all areas of common interest.
