RSD 200 million approved for loans for development of small and medium-sized enterprises

State Secretary for Tourism at the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Goran Petkovic said today that this Ministry approved RSD 200 million for realisation of 38 projects from a programme for encouraging development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Petkovic told the Tanjug news agency that the largest number of projects deal with construction and development of tourist facilities, craftsman shops, ships and marinas. In early November, the Ministry will try to release all RSD 400 million which has been set aside for development of small-scale industry in 2007.
On October 3, the Ministry will submit the budget for 2008 and the accent will be on encouraging city, mountain and nautical tourism.
