Insolvent public company Milan Stepanovic Matroz to be liquidated

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that the Sremska Mitrovica Commercial Court passed a decision today to liquidate the insolvent public company Milan Stepanovic Matroz, which was represented by the bankruptcy centre of the Privatisation Agency.
According to the statement the agency will determine the manner in which to liquidate the company and conduct the procedure in keeping with the Bankruptcy Law. Bankruptcy procedure was started in the company on August 23, 2007, and the court decided that conditions for liquidation are present, concludes the statement.
