She also spoke about problems of voting abroad and said that only 20,000 out of between two and four million Serbs abroad voted in last elections.
Cubrilo said that among priorities of the Ministry will be to allowed to vote online.
The Ministry supports creation of a law on the Diaspora and will cooperate with the Ministry of Defence as regards to settlement of military service of young men living abroad.
She said that the Ministry is working on establishing partner relations with the Diaspora in the economic plan and announced various projects for investing in rural households and presenting a labour stock exhange on the Internet.
Cubrilo noted that the Diaspora is interested in investing in Kosovo-Metohija, which includes vinery in Velika Hoca, Metohija.
She also said that the Ministry initiated an agreement on acceptance of Serbian driving licences in Italy.
As for education and culture, it is very important to promote the tuition of the Serbian language abroad, Cubrilo said noting that only 44 Serbian language teachers abroad are on government paylist.
She also announced a RSD 25 million donation projects for cooperation with the Diaspora.
