The exercise was also attended by Serbian President Boris Tadic, Minister of Defence Dragan Sutanovac and US Ambassador to Serbia Cameron Munter.
The state partnership programme began a year ago and the Serbian Army and the Ohio National Guard have since realised 19 joint activities in Serbia and Ohio.
Generals Ponos and Wayt told a press conference that there are great opportunities for cooperation of the Serbian Army and the Ohio National Guard.
Ponos said that the idea is to continue with exchange of small units as part of the programme of state partnership between Serbia and Ohio, which started a year ago.
Commander of the Ohio National Guard Gregory Wayt said that Serbia, as one of the 56 states that have partnership with the National Guard, has been the most active.
The Serbian Army and the National Guard of Ohio have so far organised 21 joint activities in Serbia and Ohio, and after today's exercise, president Tadic presented participants with military labels.
