The Serbian Privatisation Agency signed today a contract on the sale of 70% of socially-owned capital of the Joint-stock company for the sale of medicines and other goods Sumadijalek from Cacak, with the first-ranked bidder, Alapis from Athens, which is the legal successor of bidder Veterin from Athens.
The basic elements of the contact are the selling price of €2 million and an investment programme worth € 1.006 million. The buyer accepted obligations from the obligatory and additional social welfare programme.
Three bidders applied to the public tender for the sale of Sumadijalek published on February 26, and these were Veterin from Athens (now Alapis), Habit Pharm from Ivanjica and Nelt Co from Belgrade.
