Rothschild wins at tender for Jat Airways advisor

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the Serbian government adopted today a report on the work of the Public Purchase Commission on purchase of consultative services for drafting and implementation of a privatisation strategy for Jat Airways, which proposes the best advisor.
According to the statement, the most favourable bid at the tender was made by a consortium led by one of the top consulting houses in the world, Rothschild, which is the most successful advisor in the area of aviation industry.
Two bids were submitted at the tender:
1. A joint bid by BNP Paribas SA, Innova-Aviation Consulting LlC, Gide Loyrette Nouel, BDO BC Excel & Tekon. 2. Technical consulting and joint bid by: Rothschild & CIE, Clyde & CO LLP, Citadel financial advisory, Aviation Economics and Dekonta.
