The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy stated that Minister Ljajic underlined during the talks that 19 indictees have voluntarily surrendered or have been handed over to ICTY since 2004.
This country cannot be held hostage for three people who are running from justice, Ljajic said and added that activities are being carried out daily to track down Mladic and another two indictees, adding that the question of cooperation with the ICTY is more a technical than political issue.
The rapporteurs of the Monitoring Committee, who commended Serbia's cooperation with the ICTY, showed interest in when Serbia will meet all its obligations towards that court, the statement adds.
