Privatisation Agency to begin talks with sole bidder for Smederevo-based Zelvoz

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission in charge of the public tender for the sale of 70% of total registered capital of the Smederevo-based railcar factory Zelvoz decided to begin talks with the sole bidder at the tender.
The statement adds that the negotiations will begin with a consortium of legal persons comprising Romanian companies Remar and Grampet. It also adds that the second session of the tender commission for the sale of Zelvoz began on June 14 and continued on June 18.
The Minsitry of Economy and Regional Development will in the upcoming period form a committee for talks with the sole bidder.
