Contract for sale of capital of Autotransport from Kraljevo signed

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that representatives of the Agency have signed a sale contract for 70% of the capital of the socially owned company Autotransport from Kraljevo with authorised representatives of the buyer.
According to the statement, the contract was signed with the consortium consisting of Dragon Ltd from Majuro, Marshall Islands, ATP from Kraljevo and Sanos from Skopje, Macedonia.
Basic elements of the contract are the selling price of €120,000, an investment programme worth €1.2 million, and the buyer has unconditionally accepted the minimum obligations, as well as additional elements of the social programme.
The tender commission, at its session on June 5, brought the decision to accept the decision by the commission for negotiations, and approved the conclusion of the sale contract on sale of 70% of the capital of Autotransport.
