Tomislav Djordjevic from Novi Sad purchased the socially owned company “Ribarsko gazdinstvo Beograd” from Belgrade for RSD 820 million, while the starting price was RSD 160.238 million.
Socially owned company “Zavod za ekonomiku domacinstva Srbije” from Belgrade whose starting price was RSD 28.876 million, was sold to Bogdan Jovanovic from Subotica for RSD 121 million.
Dragic Spiljevic from Kragujevac purchased the company “Vitkorija” from Kragujevac for RSD 37 million, while the starting price was RSD 12.380 million.
The company “Remont Promet” from Sabac was sold to Vojilsav Ninkovic from Sabac. The starting price was RSD 6.813 million, and it was sold for RSD 7.1 million.
Djordje Milunovic from Pozarevac purchased for RSD 12.6 million the company “Rec Naroda” from Pozarevac, for which the starting price was RSD 127.000.
“Euro Balkan Corporation” from Belgrade purchased the company “Krusik Akumulator” from Valjevo. The starting price for the company was RSD 37.986 million, and it was sold for RSD 57 million.
The company “Vodogradnja” from Vranje, whose starting price was RSD 19.262 million, was sold to the company “Europa Plus Import” from Belgrade for RSD 22 million.
The company “Jezero” from Knic purchased the company “Jugoprevoz-Ugopromet” from Cacak for RSD 88 million, while the starting price was RSD 17.095 million.
The company “Ikarus –Fabrika” from Belgrade was sold to the company “Anbo” from Belgrade for RSD 138 million, while the starting price was RSD 127.819 million.
Branislav Stojkovic from Nis purchased on behalf of a consortium the company “Rudo” from Nis for the starting price of RSD 10.447 million.
At the public auction held today the company “Fabrika Opreme” from Bor was also sold at the starting price of RSD 179,928,646.17 to CDI Suisse SA from Geneva.
The company from Geneva also purchased the company “Fabrika Lak Zice” from Bor for the starting price of RSD 240,910,591.59.
The auction for the company “Parorpormet” from Kraljevo was postponed until June 14, while the company “Terazije” will be offered for sale at the public auction to be held on June 28.
Auctions for companies “Kazimir Veljkovic” from Kragujevac, “FOM” from Prokuplje, “Zateks” from Gadzin Han, “Timogradnja” from Zajecar, “Vina” from Vina, “Zorka Duvan Ambalaza” from Ljubovija, “Jugokop” from Bujanovac, “1 May Holding” from Zdeglov, “Zelind” from Belgrade and socially owned road company from Knjazevac were declared unsuccessful.
Bidding for the sale of property of the Bor smelting plant and refinery (in restructuring), and movable assets of the Factory for photo chemicals, Factory for armature, Factory for production of film, Factory for salt, metals and glavanisation products and the Factory for metal casts from Zagubica were declared unsuccessful.
All auctions for sale of property of the company “Filip Kljajic” from Kragujevac and Holding company “Viskoza” from Loznica were postponed until June 28.
