US firm to represent Serbia’s interests in US

Serbian Minister of International Economic Relations Predrag Bubalo spoke today to Scott M. Backline of Jefferson Waterman International, who told him that the American firm intends to represent the interests of Serbia and its businesses in the United States and asked for a letter of support from the Serbian government.
Bubalo stressed the importance of the promotion of the interests of Serbia in the fields of business and foreign investment, adding that top priorities for Serbia’s economy include a reform of the pension system and the setting up of a specialised bank for export insurance.
