Four domestic companies, representatives of ten municipalities and three specialised investment drawing agencies will be displayed at the Serbian national stand.
The Serbian stand will present lawyer firm Jankovic, Popovic & Mitic, leading real estate companies MPC Properties, Verano Group and Legat Co, as well as representatives of municipalities of Zrenjanin, Sombor, Loznica, Nis, Vranje, Uzice, Cajetina, Krusevac, Subotica and Kragujevac.
Apart from SIEPA, participants will also be the Agency for Investment Promotion and Business Support in Central Serbia and the Belgrade Directorate for Construction Land and Building.
The Serbian stand is in hall A, under number A 1006, spanning 100 square metres, and is divided into two thematic wholes "Serbia – Discover Opportunities" and "Belgrade – City of the Future".
On the second day of the fair, on May 24, at 4 pm, a cocktail will be organised at the Serbian national stand for guests and media representatives.
Real Vienna is the only real estate business fair specialising in the Central and Eastern European market. Last year, the fair attracted 196 exhibitors from 21 countries of the region, and there were 3,800 visitors from 25 countries. The number of exhibitors is already certain to be 20% more.
Apart from SIEPA, the participation of Serbian municipalities was supported by the Municipal Economic Growth Activity (MEGA) funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
