Negotiations start with sole bidder for Termoelektro from Belgrade

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated today that the tender commission in charge of the sale tender for 37.49% of the total capital of the company Termoelektro from Belgrade, brought the decision on beginning negotiations with the sole bidder, OOO “Harvinter” from Moscow.
According to the statement, the decision to begin negotiations with the sole bidder was brought at the second session of the tender commission held yesterday.
The company Termoelektro is a specialised shareholding company for engineering, maintenance, repair and revitalisation of energy and industrial facilities, with its own project designing, production of equipment and transport within the country and abroad.
The Serbian Ministry of Economy will, in the upcoming period, form a commission for negotiations with the sole bidder.
