Negotiations with sole bidder for Zrenjanin-based company Radijator start

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that the tender commission in charge of selling 50.62% of total registered capital of the Zrenjanin-based joint stock producer of radiators and steam boilers Radijator decided to start negotiations with the sole bidder.
The talks will start with a consortium comprising Ljevaonica Bjelovar, Ljevaonica Produkt and Akva Trgovina from Croatia.
The ownership structure of 50.62% includes 40.69% owned by the Share Fund and 9.92% owned by the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.
