Raskovic-Ivic told the Jagodina-based Palma Plus television that thanks to Belgrade’s diplomatic offensive and talks to ambassadors of UN security Council member countries, the original plan of the mission’s visit to Serbia, which implied visits to Pristina and Belgrade, and then a trip to Vienna, has been altered.
She said that the visit to Vienna has been cancelled because Belgrade insisted that the mission, whose aim is to determine the factual state and the degree of implemented standards in the province, should visit the northern part of Kosovo-Metohija and Serb enclaves.
She also explained that Belgrade’s demands were taken into consideration, so that following the visits to Belgrade and Pristina, a Security Council delegation will also visit northern Kosovo-Metohija and talk to Serb representatives there and then visit some of the Serb enclaves.
According to Raskovic-Ivic, the plan was altered on Friday therefore it is not known which enclaves will be hosts to the delegation. She noted however that wherever the delegation goes, whether in Novo Brdo, Osojane, Velika Hoca or Brestovik, it will get the proper picture of the state in the province.
As for the campaign of massive return of Serbs over the Jarinje crossing, between Kosovska Mitrovica and Raska, the Coordinating Centre has no part in it but supports the campaign, added Raskovic-Ivic.
