Thirteen companies sold for RSD 2.4 billion

Belgrade, 18 April 2007

The Serbian Privatisation Agency today held its 192nd public auction at which capital of 13 socially-owned companies was sold for a total of RSD 2.458 billion.

The companies sold are: 1. Rudnik-Kovin from Kovin 2. Srbijaput from Belgrade 3. Pomoravlje from Nis 4. AD Medifarm from Belgrade 5. AD Zupa from Krusevac 6. AD Novi Beograd from Belgrade 7. Ekonom from Usce 8. MIN Holding Ko Minpres from Nis 9. MIN Holding Ko Tehnoproces from Nis 10. AD Sumadijapromet from Topola 11. DP Monter-Elektromontaza from Nis 12. DP Geosonda - Hidrologija from Belgrade 13. DP Frizer from Ivanjica

The auctions for AD Terazije from Belgrade, DP Zateks from Gadzin Han, MIN Holding Ko. AD Metal from Merosina, DP Kristal from Presevo, DP Zitomlin from Jagodina, DP Jugokop eksport - import from Bujanovac, DP Knjazevac from Knjazevac and 1. maj holding from Zdeglov were unsuccessful, the auction for DOO Fabrika obojenih metala - Fom Prokuplje from Prokuplje was postponed, and for the Ineks Sokolica from Prijepolje cancelled.
