The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that yesterday at its first session the tender commission in charge of selling 50.62% of total registered capital of the Zrenjanin-based joint stock producer of radiators and steam boilers Radijator opened the submitted bids.
The tender documents were purchased by two potential investors, Ljevaonica Produkt from Mali Zdenci (Croatia) and Aktiva Sei from Amsterdam (Holland).
Within the envisaged deadline, one more offer was also submitted by a consortium comprising Ljevaonica Bjelovar from Bjelovar, Ljevaonica Produkt and Akva Trgovina from Mali Zdenci.
The tender commission analysed the documents submitted and consulted the Privatisation Agency’s experts and decided that the bidder fulfills the conditions for taking part in the public tender.
The Agency’s financial and legal advisors will assess the submitted offer within 30 days from the opening of the bid and present it at the following session of the tender commission.
