Prvi Maj sale agreement signed

The Serbian Privatisation Agency said that Agency representatives and the consortium of Irva Investicije and Jabuka from Belgrade sighed today an agreement selling 100% of fashion company Prvi Maj in Pirot.
The buyer agreed to pay the sale price of €1.75 million and to invest €4 million as well as honour minimum obligations from the social programme.
