Assets of Bemiks company in restructuring sold

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that on February 16 the sale of assets through written bids of Aleksandrovac-based Bemiks company in restructuring took place, organised by the Centre for Bankruptcy Proceedings.
The statement specifies that the assets sold included several construction land parcels, as well as business and small inventory, spare parts, packaging and other material.
The new owner of Bemiks is Agrosit Semenarstvo from Aleksandrovac who bought Bemiks' assets for RSD 2.065 million.
