According to the statement the first session of the tender commission was concluded on January 24, which ends the process of the public opening of bids.
The tender was called on September 27, 2006, and tender documentation was bought within the deadline specified by the following companies: “Zorka Alas Kamen” from Sabac, “Nemetali” from Topola, “Imeris” from France, “Kumal” from Croatia, Home Arts and Sales Services from Switzerland, “Sir Korporacija” from Belgrade, Baumit Beteiligungen from Austria and physical person Vukasin Djuric from Germany.
Following analysis of qualified bids, and in accordance with the opinion of the advisors of the Privatisation Agency, it was established that not a single bid fulfils the tender conditions defined by the Law on privatisation, and the tender has been declared unsuccessful.
