The Serbian Electoral Commission (RIK) stated last night that according to 99.9% of processed results of the Serbian parliamentary elections, the Serbian Radical Party won 28.58% or 81 seats, the Democratic Party (DS) won 22.72% or 64 seats, whereas the coalition of the Democratic Party of Serbia and New Serbia (DSS-NS) came up third with 16.51% of the vote, providing them with 47 mandates in the new parliament.

G17 Plus won 6.83% of the vote or 19 mandates, the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) won 5.64% or 16 mandates and the coalition led by the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) won 5.33% of the vote, or 15 seats.
Other parties did not pass the 5% census except for the parties of national minorities that were not conditioned by the census.
As for the mandates of national minorities, the Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians with 1.31% won three seats, the coalition List for Sandzak won 0.84% or two mandates, whereas the Roma Union of Serbia and Albanian Coalition from the Presevo Valley each got one seat, with 0.42% each. The Roma Party also won one seat with 0.36% of the vote.
RIK President Mihajlo Rulic stated that most objections filed by individuals, election lists and parties were rejected and noted that no major irregularities in the election process were recorded.
