The Serbian delegation, composed of Golubovic, manager for rural development and advisory service at the Ministry of Agriculture Aleksandar Bogunovic and agricultural policy advisor Dragan Pusara yesterday attended the exhibition's formal opening.
Presentation of the Serbian food and agricultural offer in Berlin is sponsored by the Serbian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and organised by the Serbian Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA) and the German Organisation for Technical Cooperation GTZ.
The Serbian offer includes general food, jam, marmalade, ajvar, beverages, home-made pastry and mushrooms. Companies that will present their offer are Hera, Igda, Metalflex Product, Ulikses, Hila, Foodland, Art-ival, Simex, Vinarija Jovic and Navip.
The Serbian stand is placed at the main exhibition hall together with the stands of the Netherlands, Australia, Spain, Japan and Brazil, and visitors will have an opportunity to try Serbian specialties made from old recipes, as well as Serbian raki.
The "Green Week" fair is being held from January 19 to 28 and it gathers over 1,000 participants from 60 countries.
