Foreign Ministry launches new IT system

Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vuk Draskovic inaugurated today the new system for processing and exchange of official documents which will connect the Ministry’s head office with Serbian diplomatic and consular offices across the world.

Draskovic explained that the new system, called “Messaging Information System”, allows fast, precise, safe and cheap delivery of documents via computer with the possibility of electronic signature.
Draskovic said that the solutions are based on experiences of other countries and thanked the Swiss government on donations to complete the project.
Draskovic sent a telegram to all diplomatic and consular offices to demonstrate how the system functions.
