The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that representatives of the Agency and representatives of the buyer consortium of Nelt Co from Belgrade, Simpo from Vranje, Atase from Belgrade and EKI Investment from Belgrade signed on December 21 an agreement selling 70% of Novi Dom from Belgrade.
The selling price is €17.1 million, the investment programme is worth €3 million and the buyer agreed to minimum terms from the social programme.
Apart from this consortium, the bids were also submitted by a consortium made up of PSP - Farman from Moscow and Jugodrvo Holding from Belgrade, and from Broadhurts Investments Limited from Nicosia, Cyprus.
The opening of the bids took place on October 5.
The tender commission accepted results of the tender in its second session on November 2.
