Bids for purchase of Prvi Maj opened

The Serbian Privatisation Agency said that the tender commission in charge of selling 100% of fashion company Prvi Maj in Pirot opened bids.
The tender documents were purchased by Irva Investicije Belgrade, Srbijateks Belgrade, Odevni Podnik from Czech Republic and Republika Srpska-based Anyway Future Collection.
By the set deadline, November 25, only one bid arrived – that of consortium of Irva Investicije and Jabuka from Belgrade.
According to the commission, the only bidder at the tender fulfills all necessary conditions for the takeover of Prvi Maj.
Financial and legal advisors of the Agency will make an assessment of the offer submitted within 30 days from the opening of the bid and the offer will be presented at the following session of the tender commission.
