Sale agreement on fashion company Rudnik signed

The Serbian Privatisation Agency stated that Agency representatives and consortium made up of Irva Investicije, Jabuka from Belgrade and Mihailo Mikic from Belgrade signed a sale agreement selling 68.89% of the total assets of Gornji Milanovac fashion company Rudnik in restructuring.
According to the statement, the only bidder agreed to pay €400,000 and to invest €1 million. The buyer also accepted the additional social programme.
