Serbian delegation participates in session of the Assembly of the Western European Union

The Public Relations Department of Serbian parliament stated that a Serbian parliament delegation will participate in the second half of the 52nd session of the Assembly of the Western European Union, which will be held from December 18 to 20 in Paris.
According to the statement, the Serbian delegation will take part in the session in the capacity of special guest, at the invitation of President of the Assembly of the Western European Union Jean-Pierre Masseret.
Members of parliamentary delegations will exchange opinions on important issues regarding joining the process of Euroatlantic integration, as well as on bilateral cooperation in the area of security and defence.
The session of the Assembly of the Western European Union will be devoted to NATO transformation and strategic partnership with the EU, security and stability in Central Asia, a permanent solution for the Middle East and the role of Europe in that issue, reads the statement.
