Serbia joins PfP programme

Serbian President Boris Tadic, who was authorised by the Serbian government, signed today in NATO’s headquarters in Brussels a framework agreement enabling Serbia to become a full member of NATO's Partnership for Peace (PfP) programme, which makes Serbia 23rd member of this programme.

Tadic signed the document in a meeting of the North Atlantic Council presided over by NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer.
