The Serbian Electoral Commission (RIK) adopted last night the text of the notification which will inform Serbian citizens living in Montenegro regarding the January 21 parliamentary elections.
The notification will be published in Podgorica daily newspapers “Pobjeda”, “Vijesti”, and “Dan”, as well as in editions of Belgrade newspapers for Montenegro “Politika” and “Vecernje Novosti”.
Serbian citizens may cast their votes in polling stations in Montenegro subject to the condition that they report to RIK by December 31. Application forms for reporting may be obtained from associations for internally displaced persons from the territory of Serbia, or they may be submitted via internet on the
RIK web site.
Application forms can also be sent by post, email, fax, or personally handed over in the association for internally displaced persons from where they were issued.
Besides personal data, Serbian citizens are obliged to submit their last address in Serbia or the address of one of the parents, as well as the identity card number.
