According to the statement, the session began on November 23 and ten bids arrived before the deadline of November 17, 5 pm local time.
Bids were offered by Burgoil from Bulgaria, EuroPetroleum from Bulgaria, EuroGas from Subotica, consortium MBS comprising Res Trade from Novi Sad and MBS Techno from Belgrade, Mol-Lub Ltd from Hungary, Neochimiki L.V. Lavrentiadis from Greece, Orka from Slovenia, Orlen Oil Spolka from Poland, Prista Oil from Bulgaria, and consortium comprising road company Belgrade from Belgrade and Petrobart from Belgrade.
On the basis of the analysis of qualification documentation and opinion of the advisor of the Agency, the commission decided that Burgoil, EuroPetroleum, Euro Gas, consortium MBS, Mol-Lub Ltd, Neochimiki L.V. Lavrentiadis, Orka, consortium of road company Belgrade and Petrobart from Belgrade, and Prista Oil fulfill the qualification conditions of the public tender, while the bid by Orlen Oil Spolka was found to be invalid.
Due to the fact that shares of certain bidders are quoted at the nationally organised financial markets, the Agency is making a preliminary announcement regarding the elements of the bids which were publicly opened.
The basic elements of the offer by the consortium comprising road company Belgrade and Petrobart from Belgrade are a selling price of €25 million and an investment programme worth €10 million.
The basic elements of the offer by Prista Oil are a selling price of €21.524 million and a total investment programme worth €3.15 million.
The basic elements of the offer by Orka are a selling price of €17.25 million and a total investment programme worth €5.99 million.
The basic elements of the offer by Mol-Lub Ltd are a selling price of €16.28 million and the bidder has not offered an investment programme.
The basic elements of the offer by the consortium MBS are a selling price of €15,501,330 and a total investment programme worth €9.325 million.
The basic elements of the offer by EuroPetroleum are a selling price of €15.15 million and a total investment programme worth €9.325 million.
Basic elements of the offer of Euro gas are the selling price of €14.1 million and the total investment programme worth €2.9 million.
As for the offer of Burgoil company, the basic elements are a selling price of €12.12 million and a total investment programme worth €9.325 million.
As for the offer of Neochimiki L.V. Lavrentiadis, the basic elements of the offer are a selling price of €10.1 million and the total investment programme is worth €9 million.
The official results of the tender will be released after the second session of the tender commission which is planned to be held next week.
