Government formally requests ICTY to respect rights of Vojislav Seselj

The National Council for cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) today sent a formal request to that court to respect all rights of Vojislav Seselj, who has been on a hunger strike for 12 days already at the detention unit in Scheveningen.

Member of the National Council Zoran Loncar warned that there have been too many tragic events at the ICTY so far and underlined that the Tribunal will carry the blame for possible consequences.
