Zoran Loncar
In a statement to the news agency Tanjug, Loncar said that Ljajic will make a formal demand to determine if in Seselj’s case, all the rights which belong to a Hague indictee are being respected.
He said that there have been too many tragic incidents in the Hague tribunal thus far, which means that the hunger strike begun by Seselj must not be overlooked.
According to Loncar, the Hague tribunal must presently clearly establish the legal situation regarding Seselj’s trial.
Not a single one of the rights which belong to all Hague indictees, to the slightest degree, should be violated or brought into question in this case because, under these conditions, that could have most serious consequences, warned Loncar.
