The constitutional bill was adopted two hours after midnight, following a seven hours long debate in Serbian parliament, as the second special session continued.
Serbian Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Zoran Loncar said at the end of the debate, on behalf of the Serbian government which proposed the bill, that the adoption of the constitutional bill allows implementation of the Constitution, which opens the doors to the future for Serbia.
We will build that future together after the cycle of elections which await us, said Loncar after the constitutional bill was proclaimed.
