Macut and his interlocutors reviewed the work of this healthcare institution, which provides care for nearly 36,000 residents of the area and serves 50 rural settlements.
He stressed that it is important for primary healthcare to be accessible to all citizens, regardless of whether they live in urban or rural areas, and underlined that Trstenik Health Centre is a genuine example of efficient healthcare provision.
The Prime Minister expressed gratitude to the doctors, nurses and all employees of the Health Centre, who, as he noted, stand by their patients every day.
Ristić recalled that significant investments have been made over the past five years in the adaptation and equipment of the healthcare institution she heads, while noting that there is still room for further modernisation.
